I bring people together to reimagine better ways to do things. I use participatory approaches to unlock the creativity of groups to look at problems in new ways and support people through the often unpredictable process of innovation.

I work to make communities accessible and inclusive, and I’m continuously learning how to do this better. 

I am passionate about different ways of working that support learning, trust, experimentation and connection. I believe that making how we work more human is an essential part of designing services that work better for everyone.
